How to order

Download from our web page and contact us for catalogue price-list
Send your list of items for order or for quotation ( Item number, quantity, color…)
A Pro-forma invoice will be sent to your review and confirmation

Order confirmation

Confirm your order by signed Pro-forma invoice and send us in return
Order will be carried on when we received deposit for order

Delievery time

Shipping date will be confirmed to each specific order
Production time will normally take 70-75 days for an order

Minimum quantity of order

Our minimum shipment for a 20ft container
Our minimum quantity for one pallet per item

Payment

Method of payment: by T/T

A 30% deposit of total value amount of confirmed pro-forma invoice is required for production beginning
The balance must be settled within 10 days from the receipt of final invoice of the shipment

We use one firmed bank account information for all transactions:

Shipping and Paperwork

Shipping documents to be provided:

Original Bill of Lading in triplicate
Invoice in triplicate
Packing List in triplicate
Certificate of Fumigation ( ISPM 15)
Certificate of Origin ( If required)

Document release:

Shipping document will be posted by couriers ( DHL / FedEx / TNT) to your indicated office address or Telex Released at origin can be done upon requested.

Local charges:

As shipper we are in charge for local charges for a shipment included: Bill fee, Seal fee, THC, out of these charges ( AMS, ENS) will be covered by consignee ‘s account

Forwarder agent:

Since we are offering F.O.B Ho Chi Minh ports conditions, customers will appoint a shipping agent who will handle the shipment

Port of loading: Ho Chi Minh ports, Vietnam

Packing

Full pallet: Free of charge

Half/ Split pallet: US $12.00 per an extra pallet

Loosing stack: Free of charge

Customers’ label: Available upon request

Customers’ Pallet mark: Available upon request
